Robert C. Klapper, M.D. is Chief, Division of Orthopedic Surgery at Cedars Sinai Medical Group in Los Angeles, California and Co-Director of the Joint Replacement Institute at Cedars Sinai Medical Center.
Dr. Klapper holds six patents on orthopedic surgical tools used all over the world. He has authored articles for Clinical Orthopedics and Related Research as well as the American Journal of Sports Medicine, and has also been featured in national print media including Good Housekeeping Magazine, Los Angeles Magazine, and other consumer publications.
In addition to his professional affiliations, he is well known to the entertainment industry having served as the orthopedic technical advisor to the hit TV drama, ER. Currently he is the co-host of ESPN radio’s weekly Weekend Warrior radio show.
He is the author of two comprehensive health books, Heal Your Hips – How to Prevent Hip Surgery and What to Do if You Need It as well as Heal Your Knees – How to Prevent Knee Surgery and What to Do If you Need It.

Since 2006, Emily Tipping has served as Editorial Director for Recreation Management, a monthly trade publication designed to inform and educate managers and directors of recreation, sports and fitness facilities. She has served various roles in publishing since 1998, when she graduated summa cum laude from Illinois State University with a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology.
An avid fan of the great outdoors, Emily spends her spare time gardening, and biking and hiking the trails near her home in the western suburbs of Chicago.

Jenny Hahn has served as the Junior Volleyball Association (JVA) (JVA) Executive Director since 2010. She co-founded Milwaukee Sting Volleyball Club in 1989 serving as director, head coach and board member. She served as Operations Director and then Executive Director of Badger Region Volleyball Association from 1998-2010.
Jenny is passionate about junior volleyball and sees the JVA as a vehicle to improve the junior club experience for club directors, coaches and the club member families.

International flooring executive, Benjamin Bachman, brings widespread knowledge, leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit to the role of CEO at Gerflor USA. Named to the position in 2013, Bachman is responsible for capturing greater market share in the North American resilient flooring industry through strategy, innovation, and brand marketing.
Bachman is the co-founder of the Gerflor Training School for sales managers and has experience in crisis management. He holds degrees in Negotiations and Customer Relationships from l’IFIR and a Masters in Sciences of Management, as well as Marketing & Strategy, from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and Institut d’Administration des Entreprises respectively.
